Printspace are the best in the UK for printing, framing and mounting. If they fail to meet your expectations, we offer you a full refund or redeliver the next working day.
Nothing affects your statutory right to return any product which is faulty, damaged or incorrect to us in which case you will receive a full refund including any actual delivery charge paid as well as your return postage costs. If you are returning a product for this reason please contact us.
When the courier delivers your order please inspect it to see if there is obvious visible damage to the outer packaging – if there is a problem, please refuse delivery from the courier or sign for the delivery as 'damaged' and contact us immediately We may ask you to send us a photograph of the problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will then make the necessary arrangements with the courier to have the order returned to us and a replacement made up and sent out as quickly as possible.
Prints are packaged in clear acid-free photographic sleeves to protect them from damage. They are then rolled into strong postal tubes to ensure they arrive in the best condition. Please inspect your print upon receiving and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we may ask you to send us a photograph of the problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Consumer Contracts Regulations
You have 14 days after receiving your item to email us and request a return and a full refund of the price you paid for the item and a further 14 days to return the item to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return of the item and costs.
To be eligible for a return you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Incomplete returns may be subject to a charge to cover any missing items or damage.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Place the item you wish to return back inside the postal tube box and securely reseal the ends before attaching the return address label to the outside.
For your protection we recommend you return items using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, and/or not in resaleable condition will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for the purchase price was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us on email@example.com and then return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
